"LAHP" is to the Lao as Hamburgers are to Americans. Lahp is made of minced meat mixed with roasted sticky rice, mint, basil, green onions, chili as well as local as local seasons. Let us know if you want it spicy. (30 minutes preparation)

"Sa" is the northern version of Lahp made with the banana flower, lime juice, mint, basil and other local herbs.

This the Muang Sing Tai Leu stir fried roasted version of Sa. In addition to the banana flower, lime juice, mint, basil it is flavored with tingly Mak ken, Yerm Leaves
